thats mad as ,,hope mine dosent fuck up ,,i did have one prob with mine 2 weeks after i had it and i phoned them up and thay oferd me a new one,,

yea it is actually not the norm for my dealings with Dell. When my (then) new 24" monitor went awry they sent me a new one and a box and shipping costs to send the bad one back. Maybe they just figure I'm bad luck.

oh noes - another good one - and my Dell XPS monster system sits there non-functioning with no replacement or help even tho I paid for all the extra benefits.
